About Us

We are a family of Christian born-again believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. We are an evangelical, Bible-believing, Bible teaching and preaching local church. We are called to follow Jesus' admonition in Acts 1:8 where He said,

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

The Meadow Family is a cooperating member of the Southern Baptist Convention (Samaria and the Ends of the Earth), the Georgia Baptist Mission Board (our Judea), and the Sarepta Baptist Association (our Jerusalem).

Church life. It’s who we are as a people who have been changed by the power of God! In worship, prayer, fellowship, missions, ministry, and discipleship; we are growing in our relationship with Jesus Christ and with one another. We are Together For Jesus.

Church family. A place for you and your family. Families are growing in relationship with one another as they draw closer to the Lord Jesus. God created us, and He created the family. He loves the family, and brings families together in the local church.

Church ministries. We minister to people of every age, whether members or those in our community, to encourage them as they grow in faith in Jesus Christ, that more people in our community can be together for Jesus!

What we practice. We gather together throughout the week for prayer, worship, Bible study, fellowship, and ministry.  Our focus is on being disciples who make disciples.

Our mission = His purpose. For 110 years (as of July 25), God has been changing lives here in Madison County. Our mission is to glorify God in all things, that those around us would be changed by the difference Christ has made in our own lives! We exist to share His love, His heart, and His life with others!
